Assessing Creativity in the Arts (ACA) Questionnaire

Aim: The aim of this questionnaire is to collect information and opinions from head teachers and teachers with regard to assessing creativity in primary and secondary school music and visual arts. We hope to further our understanding of creativity assessment practices in the future.

Time: It takes approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Prize draw: You can also participate in a prize draw for an iPod Touch indicating it at the end of the questionnaire.

Confidentiality: Your identity will not be revealed in any circumstances during or after the study.
